Mercy Ministry Offering Oct. 15
In the early church, part of the communion service was a tradition of bringing gifts for those in need. Our Diaconate would like to implement this tradition by encouraging everyone to consider making a special gift for mercy ministries on communion Sundays. It’s not intended to take the place of our regular giving to the church (tithes) but rather to be an extra or special gift as you are able. For online gifts, choose the “Mercy Ministry” fund. For checks, put “mercy ministry” or “deacons” on the memo line.
